RE: YOUR BUTCH TUMBLR PROJECT

I am Butch identified and recently created a tumblr blog called FUCK YEAH QUEER POMPS that is aiming to be somewhat broad in it’s spectrum of showcasing  pompadours and 1950’s/’60’s inspired hairstyles as worn by Queers. With that being said, I do have a very special spot in my heart for Butches and they are prominently featured on the blog. Butches who “queer” those hairstyles by choosing to sport them warm my heart, because our brand of masculinity can sometimes be misunderstood and unappreciated. I felt it was a fairly specific style that was missing from the Tumblr Universe.
